What this covers

This page covers the cospear.ai website itself. How we handle a client's business data during an engagement is defined in that engagement's own written agreement, not here. For a plain-language view of how engagements handle controls and data, see the solutions page.

The contact form

When you send the form on the contact page, the fields you enter (your name, email, company if you give one, and your message) are delivered to our inbox as an email through Resend, an email delivery service. The site itself keeps no database of submissions. Your message lives in our mailbox like any other correspondence, for as long as ordinary business records are kept.

Scheduling

Booking a call happens through Cal.com, embedded on the contact page. Anything you enter in that booking flow (your name, email, and the time you pick) goes to Cal.com under their own terms and privacy policy, and lands in our calendar.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It is cookieless and aggregated: we see totals and trends, never a profile of you, and nothing follows you to other sites.

What we do not do

No advertising trackers. No selling or renting of personal information. No cookies set by us; the booking calendar you can choose to open runs under Cal.com's own policy. No data brokers. The personal information we hold directly is what you choose to send us; the services named above keep routine delivery and hosting logs under their own policies.
