COSPEAR was founded in 2024 by Jarrett and Jacob Costello, out of Wisconsin, on a simple conviction: the people best placed to put AI to work are the people who have run the work itself.
Jarrett leads as CEO and Head of Delivery. Jacob runs growth as CGO.
We came up through the work: funnels and lead gen, project management, bookkeeping and capacity math, creative production. The models multiplied what that experience is worth. We layer it through AI, pairing judgment about where the margin lives with systems built to run without us.
We’ve built systems inside working companies, from boutique hotels to eVTOL infrastructure. The through-line is simple: every system is built to pay for itself, measurably.
