COSPEAR was founded in 2024 by brothers Jarrett and Jacob Costello, out of Wisconsin, on a simple conviction: the people best placed to put AI to work are the people who have run the work itself.
We came up through the work: funnels and lead gen, project management, bookkeeping and capacity math, creative production. The models multiplied what that experience is worth. We layer it through AI, pairing judgment about where the margin lives with systems that never tire.
We’ve built systems for dinner-table names, from boutique hotels to eVTOL infrastructure. The through-line is simple: every system is built to pay for itself, measurably.
